Thursday afternoon team building is purposeful play. You are teamed up with the types of professionals, doing the size deals you prefer that you've said you want to meet. Each year the conference offers a variety of team building activities so you get to do a fun project and see how people in your group work as a team doing "outside the box" tasks. Great way to get to know other professionals and how they approach and complete a challenge.

Wine Blending
Learn from a wine expert the art and science of blending wines to make the perfect blended wine merlot or cabernet. Little bit of science and a lot of fun as your team mixes, samples, designs a bottle label, names the wine and does a marketing presentation vying for the 1st place ribbons and prizes.
 

Lights, Camera, Action !
Join the video production crew and make a public service announcement (PSA) commercial for a non-profit. Our experts will help your team produce your creative concept. From acting to video taping, editing, adding music from your IPODs, you are the creative minds and the pros will help with the production. The winning PSA will be shown at the Thursday Gala dinner.
 

Mixology
Simple syrups, bases and alcohols – how do a few simple ingredients combine to make memorable, exciting cocktails? What works? What kills a drink? Learn from a master mixologist, then it’s the teams’ turn to make their own signature cocktail, name it and present the drink to the group. The winning cocktail will be served at the Thursday night reception.
