Dear TMA Member and Corporate Renewal Professional:
It is our pleasure to invite you to participate as a sponsor of the
Fourth Annual Turnaround Management Association (TMA) Western
Regional Conference at the magnificent Fess Parker’s Doubletree
Resort in Santa Barbara, California, July 11-13, 2012. The
opportunity is to support a now annual event, which is now a
preeminent conference for TMA professionals in the Western Region.
Last year’s TMA Western Regional Conference was attended by 198
turnaround professionals, there were over 45 sponsors and the
education committee presented in two days of educational sessions.
Sponsorship opportunities for the 2012 Conference range from $1,500
to $7,500 and offer significant visibility to a target audience of
corporate renewal, turnaround and insolvency professionals. While we
anticipate growing our attendance from 2011, we also will build on
our momentum by hosting leading edge, educational seminars, unique
networking events and fun opportunities to really get to know your
fellow conference participants.
Four case studies and four panel presentations will spark an
interactive education experience focusing on practical lessons of
restructuring related issues, bringing the conference participants
into the conversation. In addition, professionals from several high
profile professional sports team bankruptcy cases will present an
unusual inside look at the twists and turns of these turnarounds. In
these dynamic challenging times, it is more important than ever that
the turnaround industry seize every opportunity to engage and
initiate conversation that serves as the catalyst to developing
sustainable business solutions.
Professional networking has a leading edge meaning at the TMA
Western Regional Conference. Our hope is to provide each attendee

The site of our event, Santa Barbara, is well-known for its
